Dear guests,

you can currently enter and leave Austria without a covid proof. You don’t have to show the “3G proof” at our hotel either. You can find all the details on the current Corona regulations at welcome.tirol and  www.austria.info. Rules for your entry to Austria

Since 5th of March, 2022,  you can enter and leave Austria without proof.

NO 3G for the hotel and catering industry

For us as hosts, the well-being of our guests comes first. Your safety and your good feeling are especially important to us. And if we all treat each other with care and respect, nothing will stand in the way of a great time together at the coolnest. At the moment, you do not need a certificate for your stay at the coolnest. Nevertheless, our staff will take care to keep a respectful distance.

Our measures are updated according the the officialrequirements of the Austrian Federal Government. All regulations are made in the interest of the health and safety of our guests and are based on the official requirements. Your safe and secure holiday at coolnest

To ensure that your holiday is a success, we ask you to find out in advance about the entry and exit requirements of your country. If you are unable to travel due to COVID 19 restrictions or entry regulations, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before departure or have it converted into a voucher. This voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at a later date. We recommend that you always book  a travel insurance with your booking.

  • Our employees wear FFP-2 masks indoors if required by law.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene are our top priority, not only because of Corona.
  • Our housekeeping team is extensively trained and strives around the clock to maintain and constantly monitor exemplary hygiene standards.
  • With our cleaning concept and the associated increased cleaning and disinfection intervals, we take care of guests and staff.
  • We use the HYLA air and room cleaning system, which binds dirt and dust with water.
  • Our modern ventilation system ensures that all public, closed rooms are supplied with 100% fresh air. The fresh air is cleaned by filters and exhaust air is discharged directly to the outside without mixing.
  • We provide you with additional disinfection facilities in the public areas.
  • We disinfect tables, chairs and departure rooms.
  • Many of our staff are already vaccinated, all others are regularly PCR-tested or have a proven recovery.
  • We show appreciation by keeping our distance.
  • We welcome you with a smile, not a handshake.
  • All measures prescribed by the Ministry of Health are followed in the coolnest.

What you can do:

  • We ask you, especially in the wellness area and in all public areas, to keep a respectful distance and to follow the applicable hygiene measures. You should do this out of personal responsibility and for your own protection, but also for the other guests. Keeping your distance shows appreciation.
  • The convenient ONLINE CHECK IN allows you to avoid “traffic jams” at check-in or check-out or otherwise wait at the right distance from other guests.
  • Refrain from shaking hands and hugging.
  • Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds and avoid touching the face.
  • Use disinfection facilities in the hotel.
  • Sneezing and coughing into the crook of the arm or into a handkerchief.
  • We recommend to book a travel insurance.
