The Cuckoo´s Nest is there for you – all day long. Enjoy coolinary delights from early morning on. Beside the healthy and rich breakfast buffet, we will serve you a delicious late lunch snack every day from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Every Monday, when the Tweets Rooftop Restaurant is closed, our chef Sara Almadin and her team will offer you a very nice and tasty Monday dinner menu choice at the Cuckoo´s Nest. Look out for Sara´s next cool dining, that you should not miss at all! At the coolnest bar, you´ll always be served all kind of  drinks. Oh, you are in the mood for a very specific drink? Ask our barkeepers, they will make your dreams come true. Now get cosy and let yourself be pampered!

The breakfast buffet is open

From 7:30 a.m. on, early birds can start their day delightfully at the cuckoo´s nest. The delicious breakfast buffet stays open for long sleepers until 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Thanks to the open kitchen, the smell of oven-warm pastries, feshly roasted coffee and crispy bacon gently awakens all our senses. We will also prepare a gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan breakfast for you on request. At the Cuckoo´s Nest, hotel guests and external visitors (please call us to reserve your table) are very welcome.

Beers are always cold, wine already tasts delicious with late lunch and our bar keeper is looking forward to mix your favourite cocktail with love for you. At the Cuckoo´s nest, you will always meet a friendly coolnest host, who´s up for a little chat, ready to help you with any questions. Simply enjoy your aperitivo by the fireplace. In winter, Sara Almadin took over as head chef at coolnest. Born in Innsbruck, she gained and expanded her culinary skills in renowned restaurants and in the 3-toque kitchen. For all those who would like to try Sara’s cuisine in the evening in addition to breakfast and afternoon snacks, there is the opportunity to take part in the ‘Laid back Monday Dinner’. Every Monday, Sara Almadin  and her team surprise our guests with a small selection of creative dishes. In addition, the chef presents her absolute culinary highlight once a month at ‘Sara’s Cool Dining’ – where she always demonstrates her culinary skills with creative, new menus and lots of love.
